Lunch: Chicken, lettuce and mayo sandwich
 
 Tuesday
 
Fruit Break: Rockmelon and watermelon
 
Recess: Yoghurt and a muffin
 
Lunch: Flat bread and avocado or avocado dip
  
 Wednesday
 
Fruit Break: Fruit Salad
 
Recess: Banana bread and grapes
 
Lunch: 2-3 mini quiche
 
  
 Thursday
 
Fruit Break: 1-2 kiwi fruits
 
Recess: Vegemite on Jatz crackers, muesli bar
 
Lunch: Ham and salad wrap
 
 Friday
 
Fruit Break: Banana
 
Recess: Sweet potato chips, cheese and biscuits
 
Lunch: Vegemite scroll

IMPORTANT: Water is a vital requirement for children so pack a large water bottle in their schoolbags so they can refill it throughout the day.
